Sleep Hour


Do you know how many hours we should sleep in a day?. These are some datas about it according to National Sleep Foundation:

1. Newborn (2-month-old) need to sleep 10.5 to 18 hours.
2. Infants (3 months to 11 months old) need to sleep 9 to 12 hours and added with a nap.
3. Children(1 to 3 years old) need to sleep 12 to 14 hours.
4. Children (3 to 5 years old) need to sleep 11 to 13 hours.
5. Children (5 to 12 years old) need to sleep 10 to 11 hours.
6. Teenagers need to sleep at least 8.5 to 9.5 hours.
7. Adults need to sleep 7 to 9 hours.
