Brotherhood In Islam

Do you know that brotherhood in Islam is like a body? if one sick, the other part of body will feel hurt. There was "brotherhood" between Muhajereen and Anshar in Muhammad era, they shared everything untill one who have some wives wanted to divorce his wife to marry to his brother who did not have any.
